Has been going on for years. Opposite my mother in laws in limehouse a Muslim has 2 wives and the council has kindly put a staircase between the 2 flats so he doesn't have to go outside. The poor chap doesn't work, obviously, so it's the only excercise he gets. God knows how much this little lot costs us. Same block of flats the council has started building extensions to some of the ground floor flats unbelievable really.
